Delivery

PLEASE NOTE

All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from time you place your order.
We can only deliver goods to an address that has a mainland UK post code. If your required delivery address does not have a UK post code please contact us at customerservices@imagebathrooms.co.uk for a quotation.
If you order a product that cannot be delivered in the times shown we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

For Normal Parcels

You will be e-mailed with your order details so you can track your delivery on-line.

For Pallet/Bulky Parcels

You will be e-mailed with the carrier details and telephoned by the transport company directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

All Deliveries

The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery.
If the delivery is to a communal building (e.g. a block of flats) you should be aware that, the carrier company drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own and they will need to see identification before leaving the goods.(This is to protect us from credit card fraud)
Do not arrange a plumber until after the goods have arrived and you have checked them.
Delivery charges vary between £3.00 – £8.00 depending upon the size of your item
